BUSINESS –F VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
- One (1) Visa Application Form
- One (1) Passport type photograph.
- A Business Letter from U.S. Company addressed to “Consulate of China,” explaining the need for an emergency visa (purpose of the trip), while in China.
- Invitation letter from a company in China.
- Service Order Form.
EMPLOYMENT/WORK VISA–Z VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
- One (1) Visa Application Form
- One (1) Passport type photograph.
- Send a copy of Visa Notification and Work Permit OR Foreign Expert’s License. Your employer in China should obtain the Visa Notification and Work Permit/Foreign Expert’s License for you. The Chinese visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit, and a Work Permit for Foreigners issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry. The Foreign Expert’s License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau Service.

- Send a copy of your approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202).

- A Business Letter from AIRLINE address to “Consulate General of China,” explaining the need for an emergency visa (purpose of the trip).
